Conclusion

Students will research and reflect on Federation, developments of telecommunications, consider the present and how we have come to be a developing state. Also students will discuss impact and changes they want in the future. Students will learn about Connecting the Continent.

South Australia .....'standing as she does in the centre of all the colonies, holding out a hand to each of them - We want to see a union of strong colonies, each with its own local traditions, each with its own affections, each with its own peculiarities ... a brotherhood of infinite diversity!'
John Cockburn 1890, Former Premier of South Australia
